Living Things Change Recognizer

Children identify how living things are different from non-living things, such as that living things grow, change, and have needs.

Example: Child indicates that rocks don’t grow so they are not alive, but tomato plants grow so they are alive. When prompted that a baby doll is hungry, child gets bowl and spoon and pretends to feed the baby.
